Beaumont Scout Reservation
Beaumont Scout Reservation is a full-service Scout Reservation with forests, fields, wetlands and lakes, sitting on 1,260 acres along the Grand River in Rock Creek, Ohio. It began operating as a Scout Camp in 1946 and has grown into a year-round facility with camping for Scouts and families. It features six separate camps:

Beaumont Village is home to 18 sites with 4 of them being tent sites. The other 14 sites are rv camper sites with water and electric hookups. The Beaumont Village shower house is only accessible by adults over 18 years old.

Camp Gray
Camp Gray is a separate camp within Beaumont Scout Reservation designed especially for the Cub Scout camper. The area features a Climbing Fort, the Beaumont Farm (Beau-Ag), Sledding Hill, Shooting Ranges, Basketball Court, Pavilion, and Activity Center. Camp Gray Activity Center features our newest troop cabin, sleeping up to 24, as well as a full kitchen, heated and flush facilities. The Activity Center is available for unit or event rental, but is not designed for overnight accommodations. The activity center is currently closed for bathroom renovations. The Garrison Pavilion has picnic tables for 150 , electric lights and a fire ring on its south side. The area has both a covered Archery and BB Gun Range for Tiger Cubs to Webelos Scouts.

Camp McIntosh features 12 lodges sleeping 24 per cabin with full kitchens and heat and pot belly stoves. The McIntosh Shower House is open year round with 11 individual stalls. It also houses the camp's swimming pool and McIntosh Activity Center!

The Augustus Complex is home to 8 family cabins, the Harding Health Lodge, the Augustus Training Center, and the Dining Tent. The Augustus Training Center is home to the camp main office as well as our kitchen.
Near the Augustus Complex are program areas in the Harding Health Pavilion, and Moritz Family Program Pavilion.

Camp Broadbent features 16 tent campsites, the NEW Broadbent shower house with 11 individual stalls, the trading post (BeauMart), a climbing tower, a High and Low COPE course, Dedinsky Sports Center, the Garrison Archery, the Hill N’Dale Shotgun and Brandenburg Rifle, and Cowboy Action Ranges, Neshkin Amphitheater, Ruskowski ScoutCraft, Guerra Art Center, Tinnerman Boat House and Environmental Resource Center. The area also features Lake Klein, which supports fishing & boating offered during Summer Camp.
Tulip Grove Campsite is a hammock camping site!
Meadows and Sycamore campsites have 3 Adirondacks that sleep a total of 18!
White Oak, Rodgers Ridge, Wolff, Twin Ash, Valley View, Cookies Cove, Poplar and Hemlock Grove all have 14 platform tents during summer camp!

Camp McCahill features 9 tent campsites and a ranger private residence. McCahill is home to Beau-Tech, the ATV program and McCahill Chapel. It sits on the banks of the Grand River and features Garrison Family Lake and Puddies Puddle.
Whispering Leaves & Long Needle campsites have 14 platform tents each for summer camp!
Whispering Leaves has power directly in its pavilion!

Dining operations were outstanding throughout our stay. Portions were generous, food quality was consistently excellent, and the overall service provided by the dining team was exceptional. I truly believe Beaumont is one of the best Scout camps Ohio has to offer. The camp provides an incredible program for Scouts of all ages, with more than 120 merit badge opportunities and exciting programs designed specifically for older Scouts. Located in Northeast Ohio, Beaumont Scout Reservation is one of Ohio’s premier Scouting America camping facilities and home to an incredible Scouts BSA Summer Camp experience. With more than 125 merit badges, activities, and specialty programs, there is something for every Scout, from their first year at camp to their final summer as a youth.
Adventure Is Growing in 2027
In 2027, Beaumont is taking adventure to the next level with the launch of our Older Scout High Adventure Program, designed to give older Scouts new challenges and experiences beyond the traditional summer camp program. Be on the lookout for more information as we get closer to summer!

Beaumont Scout Reservation is conveniently located approximately one hour from Cleveland and Youngstown, 45 minutes from Erie, Pennsylvania, and 1½ hours from Pittsburgh & Sandusky, making a great Scouting adventure closer than you might think.
And don't forget to come hungry! Our newly improved dining services are focused on providing quality meals and a great experience for Scouts and leaders. Summer camp units can choose between our traditional Dining Hall experience or Patrol Cooking program.
